H1N1 Death in Kanabec Co.

The State Department of Health reported Tuesday  seven more deaths have occurred in Minnesota due to the H1N1 virus, including in Kanabec County.

The deaths were reported in four other counties, and 32 people have now died of the virus in Minnesota.   State epidemiologist, Ruth Lynfield, said all the deaths occurred among people under the age of 65.

The Kanabec County Times reports the patient did have unspecified underlying health conditions.
