The lease is for ten years and the city will pay the county $35,000 a year.  The agreement states the city must lease the building for at least five years and then has the option to opt out, but must pay $35,000 to the county if it opts out early.  The county will review the terms of move-in for the lease at their November 17th meeting.

With city hall moving across the street the library, which is connected to the current city hall, will begin its plans for expanding.  A fundraising event for the library will be held on November 19th.
