Mr. Kalin Goes to Washington
Minnesota Representative Jeremy Kalin of North Branch, along with legislators from 40 states across the country, are meeting Wednesday at the White House to discuss energy reform strategies.
Kalin was picked by the white house to chair the Coalition of Legislators for Energy Action Now, also known as CLEAN. The group’s goal is to combat climate change, create jobs, and pave the way for a more competitive, sustainable clean energy economy.
Representative Jeremy Kalin:
Kalin says even though he is meeting at a national level, his goal is still to bring work to Minnesotans.
State Senator Ellen Anderson of St Paul is among the other legislators who will join Kalin.
