Convicted sex offender Mark Ray Davis is back in jail.  Davis was arrested September 9th for failure to register as a sex offender and possession of a controlled substance, according to the Pine County Jail.  He remains in custody.

Davis,28,  is a level three sex offender.  He was found guilty of sexual contact with a female victim through the use of force and use of a weapon.  He also bound the victim and stole her car.

Davis was released from jail in September of 2008.
