Brett Favre is officially a Minnesota Viking.  The former Packers and Jets quarterback signed with the team, Tuesday.  Red Rock Radio’s Sam Klemet stopped by Chubby’s Sports Bar and Grill in Pine City to talk to local fans on what they think about the Vikings newest signal caller.
