Candice Ouellette
Friends and family said goodbye to Candice ‘Candi’ Ouellette Monday at a funeral service in Center City. Candi was killed by her husband Doug Ouellette who strangled her, Wednesday, at their home in Harris. Doug later took his own life.
The tragedy points to the seriousness of domestic violence. Community Education Program Coordinator with the Refuge Network, Rahya Illiff, speaks to Red Rock Radio’s Sam Klemet.
