Monday, August 3rd, 2009 at 12:14 pm

A pair of masked men are wanted for a home invasion Monday during broad daylight in Brunswick Township.

The incident occurred just after 11 a.m.

According to a release from the Kanabec County Sheriff’s Office, the two men approached the owners of the residence who were outside at the time.  The suspects then sprayed them with a chemical.  The residents tried to fight back.  One of the owners ran inside the home, grabbed a gun, pumped it, and the suspects fled on foot.

Police are searching for a tan or gray colored Nissan Frontier with racks on top, believed to be no later than a 2002 model.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Kanabec County Sheriff’s Office at 320-679-8400.
