Alex Anderson of Blaine won the WCMP Hot Dog Eating Contest at the Isanti County Fair for the second year in a row.  His cousin, Nico Garcia, took home second place.  Anderson won a family four pack to the Mall of America worth $200.  Garcia walks away with Minnesota Twins tickets.
