Police are looking for Jesse Trevor Hamilton, 19, who fled Wednesday afternoon following a high speed chase covering four counties (Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine). Police tried to stop the car Hamilton was driving because of reports there was a runaway teenager inside the vehicle.  Two minors in the vehicle were arrested when the car crashed after the chase.  Deputy Michael Vogel with the Braham Police department was the responding officer.  He talks about how the chase started:

Vogel says neither of the two minors suffered any injuries.  Hamilton took off on foot, escaping arrest.  The relationship between Hamilton and the minors is unknown.  Vogel says if and when Hamilton is found, he faces a series of charges including fleeing police in a motor vehicle and on foot, open bottle of alcohol while driving, driving after revocation, and violating a harassment restraining order.

Deputies from Chisago County, K-9 deputies from Pine and Chisago counties, Braham police, and the Minnesota State Patrol all responded to the chase which occured around 4 p.m.
