Meeting Hopes to Spark New Voice for Conservatives
Leaders of Minnesota’s Republican party and 2010 gubernatorial candidates will convene in Hinckley Thursday evening. The event is hosted by Simply Right/NCCM a discussion-oriented group aimed at promoting conservative ideas that Republicans, Democrats and Independents may have in common.
Rudy Takala is one of the event organizers and also a candidate for the District 8B seat in the next election. He hopes Thursday’s group can give a new voice for local conservatives.

Scheduled to appear are Tony Sutton, Chairman of the Minnesota GOP and gubernatorial candidates former Minnesota State Auditor Pat Anderson and Deputy Minority Leader of the Minnesota House Tom Emmer. Takala welcomes people of all political parties to attend Thursday’s discussion.
