The condition of Richard Dale Peterson,51, of Braham is unknown at this time.  He was listed in critical condition, Monday, after a motorcycle accident Saturday night in Kanabec County.  Staff at North Memorial tells Red Rock Radio that Peterson remains in the Intensive Care Unit, but did not give an update on his status.

Kanabec County Sheriff’s and Medical Staff arrived at the scene at 103rd Avenue and Grand Street in Brunswick Township around 9:15 p.m.  Peterson collided with a deer while riding his motorcycle.  He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

He was flown to North Memorial Hospital.  Alcohol is not suspected in the crash.
