ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Intersection work on Highway 65 at Isanti County Road 5, in the city of Isanti, will resume the week of May 11, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Work was suspended in fall 2008 due to shipment delays of traffic signal poles and mast-arms.

Crews will resume installing a new dual-turn lane on the northbound lanes of Highway 65 and replacing the intersections traffic signal system.

Knife River Corporation of Sauk Rapids is the prime contractor for the $750,000 safety improvement project. Work is anticipated to be complete by the end of June
