Pine City Receives “Outstanding Community Award” Friday

Friday night will be a special one for the city of Pine City.  The city is receiving the Outstanding Community Award at the 2009 Initiative Awards at the St. Cloud Civic Center.

Pine City will be honored with a video display,  a recycled glass sculpture by artist, Michael Tonder, and $1,000 for the Pine City Library Foundation. Events begin at 5 p.m.
