Pine City Denny Hecker’s Foreclosing

Denny Hecker’s Auto Mall in Pine City entered voluntary mortgage foreclosure,  according to a report from the Pine City Pioneer.

By definition, Hecker’s enters voluntary foreclosure because its is no longer able to make mortgage payments and are already behind.  The dealership property will go for sale May 21 at 10 a.m. in the lobby of the Pine County Sheriff’s Office.

Denny Hecker currently faces hundrends of million dollars in lawsuits from Chrysler, Hyundai Motor Finance, and others.
