Seiberlich: Motion to Dismiss To Be Discussed May 8th
The woman charged with two counts of aiding an offender in the February murder of two Knife Lake residents appeared in court Friday, March 20th. According to Kanabec Court administration, Jennifer Ann-Linn Seiberlich’s defense team requested a motion to dismiss. The court did not have adequate time on the court calender needed to discuss the motion. Instead, the dismissal motion will be discussed at a contested omnibus hearing on May 8th at 1:30 p.m. in front of Judge Timothy Bloomquist.
Count One against Seiberlich, 28, carries a penalty of 20 years imprisonment and the other carries a $5,000 fine and/or three years imprisonment.
Craig Hohenwald, a resident of Brook Park, is charged with four counts of second degree murder, for the deaths of Larry and Lois Steenerson at their Knife Lake home on February 8th. Each charge is punishable by up to 40 years in prison. He is due back in court April 22nd.
