The University of Minnesota Extension, Pine County Master Gardeners invite you to “Let’s Get Gardening” the Seventh Annual Horticulture Day on Saturday, March 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Pine City High School. Topics presented will include: “Landscaping With Natives” by keynote speaker Lynn Steiner; “Hardy Perennials for Northern Gardens”; “The New ‘Victory Garden’ Crusade;” “Creating a Garden of Serenity”; “Stonescaping – The Building Blocks of Your Landscape”; “Early Vegetable Planting Tips and Techniques” and “Getting the Most from Your Vegetable Garden”. The public is invited.
