Oberstar-Klobuchar React to State of the Union

President Barack Obama addressed Congress in his first State of the Union address.  Obama called for bipartisanship in tackling America’s economic difficulties.  Congressman Jim Oberstar and U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar react to Obama’s speech.
