How many laid off manufacturing workers and construction workers are going to benefit from transportation jobs. They can put the jobs on the State of Mn website, but how many will actually benefit from that in Pine County?. I’m trying to figure out how my $800/ year tax cut is going to give me the confidence to “spend”. – I agree with the stimulus plan being necessary,… but I also wonder how it really is going to effect the average worker.
