Loading ...[Video/Audio] Secretary of State, Ritchie, Thanks Local Election Officials
Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie expressed his gratitude to a group of 20 election officials from Pine, Chisago, Kanabec and Isanti counties, Wednesday, at a round-table discussion at the Pine County Courthouse in Pine City. Ritchie’s stop in Pine County is one of many he is making throughout the state to talk to election officials on how to improve Minnesota’s voting system.
The Secretary of State told the group he appreciated the work they did during the general election and the U.S. Senate recount. Ritchie says despite the continuing controversy over the Senate seat, the past election was one of the best in Minnesota history.
