Loading ...Marihart Sentencing Scheduled for Thursday
Derek Marihart, 19, is due in Pine County court Thursday for sentencing. Marihart is one of four teens arrested in October for burglary of several local bars. He and Kaitlyn Nosbush,18, both pleaded guilty. The cases of Spencer Knutson and Michael Schouveller are still pending.
Marihart pleaded guilty to three counts of third degree burglary and one count of theft. Thursday’s sentencing is scheduled for 10 a.m.
Schouveller is due back in court for a contested omnibus hearing February 5th.
Spencer Knutson’s next appearence on March 6th is also for a contested omnibus.
Sentencing for Kaitlyn Nosbush is April 13th.
