jeremykalinDistrict 17B Representative Jeremy Kalin is back to work in St. Paul with the rest of the legislature, trying to balance a nearly $5 billion budget deficit. Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty made his State of the State address, Thursday, in St. Paul. Kalin talked Thursday morning before the address about his expectations of the session and his hopes for Minnesota’s future.
