Everyone else has had to put a freeze on spending because of the economy! Why can the City keep spending what they don't have when the rest of us can't? If they don't have it, what makes them think the rest of us can come up with it? If they are worried about the $60,000 they have already spent, to bad. They should have thought about the state of the economy before they spent it. If they think that a project like this will jump start local economy they are nuts! It’s about time the City stops spending! Everyone else has had to put a freeze on spending because of the economy! Why can the City keep spending what they don’t have when the rest of us can’t?
