Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008 at 11:23 am

Jason Benson, William Cort, and Jason Dahl, all 18 year old 2008 graduates of Rush City High School, plead guilty Tuesday to Felony Criminal Damage to Property in connection with the June 3, 2008, vandalism at the high school. The school was spray painted and locks glued shut, causing damages in excess of $1000.

The guilty pleas were entered in front of Judge Douglas Swenson, who ordered pre-sentence investigations be conducted and set sentencing for February 23, 2009, at 1:00 p.m.

Several juveniles, also involved in this incident, have already had their cases resolved in juvenile court.

this is the most stupid article, because they make it seem like it was only these three teens? that is really demeaning to these teens and to put it on the front cover of the newspaper??? i think the press is a little nosy and needs to find something else to write about and the sad thing is that it didnt even make the front page of the post review! Seriously your editor is an idiot!
