Former Pine City Mayoral Candidate Arrested: Urinates in Squad Car
Former Pine City mayoral candidate, Terry Neitzel, was arrested Sunday, November 16th and faces two misdemeanors, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
Pine County Chief Deputy Steve Ovick tells Red Rock Radio, deputies found Neitzel intoxicated and passed out in a front lawn in Pine City. When deputies arrested him, Ovick says Neitzel became aggressive. He then urinated in the back of the squad car.
Neitzel’s case is being handled by the Pine County Attorney’s Office. He did post bail and was released.
The cost of cleaning the squad car is not yet known.
Neitzel lost in the November 4th election to Jane Robbins, 1,087 to 351.
