Governor’s Holiday Tree Picked in Sandstone

The axes were out in Sandstone Wednesday, as DNR officials chopped down the Holiday Tree for the Governor’s Mansion in St. Paul. Tim Brault is a Forestry Technician out of Sandstone who helped pick this years tree. He thinks they picked a good one.

The tree will officially make its home at the Governor’s residence on Monday, November 24th.
