Nisley says the Franken camp is sending one ballot to the canvassing board for review. Four ballots total were sent from Wednesday’s recount. Statewide, 221 votes were sent to the board. Nisley says fatigue played a factor in the recount, but says having over the course of two days meant fresh counters for Pine County.
