The courthouse building could then be rented out to hmmm... how about the Center for the Arts, they want to take on the location and increase visibility and desireability to Pine City. Think past the first hurdle guys,.. and gals. Demolishing it, so there is one more empty ugly lot in Pine City would do nothing to increase the value of this community. Think outside the box -OK?? I'm so glad there is another bar in pine city- just think of the added revenue it will bring in for all the DWI's that will stem from there. And just think, isn't it great that once again there is nothing for the teenagers to do in this town??
