A fund is now set up to help a Hinckley family that lost their home in a fire on October 22. Donations can be made to the Alexander Benefit Fund at the Lakestate Federal Credit Union in Hinckley. The Alexander’s are now staying with their mother Vivian until they find a place to live. Vivan Alexander says that the Grand Cineman Hinckley will also take donations for her children, including clothes and furniture. The cause of the fire is still unknown. it started in the room of Melanie’s 3-year-old son.
