Marihart Makes Initial Appearance in Pine County Court

Derek Marihart, 19, appeared in Pine County Court, Wednesday, for his initial appearance.

Marihart remains in the Pine County Jail. Conditional bond is set at $1,000.

Release conditions remain the same for Marihart. He is not to use or possess drugs or alcohol, no contact with the other co-defendants, must live with a parent, must not leave the state, no contact with the victims or establishments mentioned in the criminal complaint, no possession/use of drugs or alcohol, subject to random testing, no entering a bar or liquor store and no access to alcohol or firearms

Marihart faces nine charges in a series of burglaries of four area bars. He is charged with one Count of 1st Degree Burglary, three Counts of 2nd Degree Burglary, three Counts of 3rd Degree Burglary, one Count of Theft of a Firearm

Marihart, along with Kaitlyn Nosbush, 18, Michael Schouveller,18, and Spencer Knutson, 18, were arrested at the Cricket Bar in Rock Creek on October 7th.

Representatives with the Pine County Jail say Michael Schouveller posted bond, and was released.

Nosbush, Schouveller, and Knutson are due in Pine County Court on Friday, October 17th for their initial appearance.
