The U.S House of Representative passed the historic $700-billion bailout package on Friday, quickly followed by President Bush signing the measure. Five of Minnesota’s eight Representatives voted for the bill. Jim Ramstad changed his vote from “no” earlier in the week, to “yes” by Friday. Congressman Jim Oberstar voted yes both times.
