2008 Citizens of the Year, Dennis and JoLynn Howard
Dennis and JoLynn Howard were honored, Sunday, by family, friends, and local leaders for their years of service. The Howard’s are both active in with the Pine City Heritage Players. JoLynn serves as the costumer for many of the productions. Dennis also works with the Heritage Players, and serves as a coach for the local football and basketball programs.
