[Audio] $2500 Reward Offered in Nessel Township Arson
The Minnesota Chapter International Association of Arson Investigators is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to an arrest in a fire that authorities believe is a case of arson, according to Rush City Fire Chief Bob Carlson. The Chisago County Sheriff’s office says a 1993 Chevrolet Suburban caught fire Thursday mornig inside a pole building at 2437 North Lake Drive. The building also burned.

Rush City and Braham Fire Departments responded to the call Thursday, along with the Chisago County Sheriff’s Department. The sheriff’s office says the SUV did not have any licenses plate, and was stripped of it tires. The vehicle is registered to a person in the state of Washington and is not reported stolen. The department asks that anyone with information call the arson hotline at 1-800-723-2020.
