Pine City Casts “A Christmas Carol”

Pine City High School has announced its cast for their much anticipated production of Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol.” The leading role of Scrooge has been awarded to sophomore Trevor Clune. In supporting roles, junior Ben White and senior Sarah Odendahl were awarded the roles of Bob Cratchit and Mrs. Cratchit, sophomore Aaron Nisley will play Fred, and 7th grader Ashlee Martini will be featured as Tiny Tim. The Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future are played by Nicole Sebastian, Nick Basta, and Franklin Frederick Foster, respectively.

The musical play features a cast of 34 actors and more than a dozen crew members in grades 6-12. The production is being directed by Bradley Mariska, and assisted by Sandi Frerich and Jay Schueller.

Discounted advanced sale tickets to “A Christmas Carol” will go on sale at several local businesses and through Pine City Community Education in mid-October. Performances run November 19-23.
