Charges Filed in Braham High Speed Chase
James Allen Lind, 20, of Braham faces two felony counts and a misdemeanor for a high speed chase Wednesday night through Braham. Charges were filed Thursday. Lind posted $10,000. He is charged with felony 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon, felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor fourth degree intentional damage to property. Pine County Chief Deputy, Steve Ovick, says Lind ran a Toyota truck into a Pine County Squad car after a six mile high speed chase. The incident ruined another squad car as well. Lind will be back in Pine County Court on Thursday, September 25th at 1:30 p.m.
