Four individuals accused of a weekend robbery in Rusheba Township on Friday were officially charges in Chisago County Court on Monday. Each faces first degree burglary charges, which the Chisago County Attorney’s office tells Red Rock Radio, carries a potential penalty of 20 years in prison and a $35,000 fine or both.

Happy Michael Brewer, 32, Jerome Edward Hall Jr, 18, both from Rush City, and Melissa Marie Henkel, 19, and Ryan Davidson Mosher, 20 from Pine City allegedly broke into a home through the front and back doors. Police say the home owner then shot at the group twice, but no one was injured. Police continue to search for a fifth person believed to have been involved in the burglary.

Christopher James Lloyd, 22, from Rush City remains on the run. Anyone with information is asked to call the Chisago County Sheriff’s Office at 651-257-4100.
