Red Rock On Air

Samuel Fiske from Brook Park is one of four winners of a $500 scholarship from East Central Energy. Fisk was selected based on his community involvement and academic history.

The At Large Scholarship program is for students who do not have access to or qualify for the ECE high school scholarship program. The other winners are Misty Hlava of Holyoke, MN, Adam Radzak of Superior, WI, and Cynthia Hilde, Foley, MN.
