Boys HS Playoffs: Mora Defeats Milaca 59-56 in OT (Replay)

Pre Game Info: The Mora Mustangs finished the regular season winning four of their final five games. Tonight, they have to face the one team that beat them in that stretch, the Milaca Wovles, in the opening round of the playoffs. It’s Class AA Section 5 boys basketball tonight on FM 100.9, Mora at Milaca. The Mustangs had an up and down season, but that late win streak had them finish with a winning record at 13-12. The Wolves, however, lost their final three regular season games and are looking to turn this around in the playoffs. Milaca took both regular season meetings, but had lost four straight to Mora previously. The teams know each other well as both are in the Granite Ridge Conference.

World Championship Cheese Contest Draws Entries From 22 Nations

Section 7AA Playoffs: Barnum Defeats Rush City 78-42 In Boys Basketball [Replay]

Tonight it’s boys basketball on our airwaves as the Rush City Tigers head to Barnum in 1st round, Section 7AA playoff action.

Despite a 10-12 record the Tigers ended their season on a hot streak, winning 7 out of their last 10 games and posting a conference record of 9-7. The Barnum Bombers are always a tough opponent, finishing at 23-2 for the regular season. Their lone conference loss happened on February 8th against New Life Academy.

The game starts at 7pm on Cool Country 100.9 and will be streaming live on our website.
