On Tuesday, the Mora Mustangs girls softball team’s season came to an end, losing 6-0 to Hermantown and 3-1 to Cloquet in action in Cohasset.
WCMP’s Jesse Logan was on hand to call the action as the Mustangs lost thier first game Tuesday to Hermantown, who’s starting pitcher tossed a no-hitter (one hit was later charged as an error) with a whopping 13 strikeouts. In the second game the Mustangs tried to stop the Lumberjacks from winning a third game in one day, but just couldn’t muster enough offense.
