Bauer: “Potentially in Deplorable Conditions”

Crowley said during a press briefing Tuesday, “…our three American citizens are potentially in deplorable conditions.”

Minnesota Trucking Association Supports DOT Texting Ban

The Minnesota Trucking Association (MTA) supports the United States Department of Transportation proposal to ban hand-held cell phone texting in commercial motor vehicles, announced this morning by Secretary Ray LaHood. The federal ban follows what is already law in Minnesota, not only for truck drivers, but for all drivers of passenger vehicles.
